Tony Rohr – Oddlantik Avenue

The album will be Rohr’s first in five years, following his 2006 debut Tony Rohr Loves You All. Over his more than decade-long career, the Brooklyn-based artist has developed an eerie, futuristic sound that’s been described as Voodoo techno, and Oddlantik Avenue is no exception: much like his singles for Clink, Drumcode and Plus 8 Recordings, the record is heavy on serious 4/4 club tracks with a vaguely sci-fi-inspired vibe. The album comes out next month on H Productions, the Swedish imprint run by Cari Lekebusch on which Rohr debuted last year. All of the tracks are previously unreleased.
